One of the most frequent questions we’re asked is, “do you repair neon signs?”

The short answer is “Yes.”

The longer answer is “… but it depends.” We will happily repair any sign created in our shop. We stand behind our work and we want to keep our customers happy. When it comes to signs that were not originally created at Lightship Neon, we’re always willing to evaluate a sign for repair and will work with you to present options on how we can help bring your neon sign back to life.

Occasionally we’ll encounter a sign that’s made with glass which is no longer available, or using techniques our shop doesn’t support. In such cases, we can recommend alternatives to preserve the character of the sign.
