Carolina Ale House commissioned us to create a lightweight version of their signature sign. They were looking for one to put on display at the Brier Creek location, and wanted us to keep the weight as low as possible, as the original is made out of welded steel.
By combining neon glass, lightweight foamed PVC substrate, and aluminum composite printed letters, we were able to put together a version of their sign weighing less than 20 pounds.
Although this sign would be light enough for anyone to handle, we also provided installation services for Carolina Ale House, delivering and installing the sign for them with a minimum disruption to their normal morning operations.
